Busy Busy Day!
From Guest Blogger….the Dragstrem Family
Today was very busy , being a past National Alternate Lassie Queen I assisted with the Shorthorn Lassie Tea Party; where the young girls got to make crowns and sashes then decorate a cookie. Then on to the Shorthorn Lassie 101, Victoria and Sydney talked to girls about what to expect of a National Lassie Queen and the do’s and don’ts of being queen along with various other things. Next , quiz bowl for Allie and the other Indiana team members, where Indiana did very well. Finally Team Fitting, Allie’s team made it to the finals along with many Indiana teams! Finally ending the day out at Buckhead Mountain Grill with an amazing group of friends making countless memories along the way! Always something for everyone to do at Junior Nationals. Not much down time again today. No contest or showing for our family tomorrow, so a little rest for all. Good luck to all showman tomorrow!!

Wild and Crazy Day
From Guest Blogger…the Dragstrem Family!
Wow a wild and crazy day! Busting out of bed this morning to get things ready for showmanship. Showmanship went very well Allison made it to the second heat! Indiana was well represented in the Showmanship finals, way to go Indiana!!! Then on to the Cook Off Contest where both Indiana teams made it to the top five!! After that was Team Sales Contest, Allison and her Partner sold Zactran. Finally ending the day in the best way possible; Dining and making memories with a wonderful group of people at the Cardinal!! We are looking forward to Team Fitting tomorrow . Hopefully a little more relax time tomorrow, not as many contest for us.
