Tess grew up in Prescott, IA, where she and her family operate a club-calf operation, Mittag Show Cattle. She was very active in the show industry, where she showed cattle and sheep. She received a Bachelor’s of Science in Agricultural Education with a minor in Animal Science from Northwest Missouri State University. After Northwest Missouri State University, she taught Middle/High School Agricultural Education and was an FFA Advisor for 6 years and received several prestigious education awards while in the field. Tess joins us at Stock Show U® with her passion for the livestock industry and her passion for education!
